The Brierley Group, led by Hal Brierley, is focused on designing and implementing innovative Customer Engagement programs that drive profitable customer behavior. While our roots are in Loyalty Program design, today, our efforts focus on identifying and correcting many of the mistakes that have unnecessarily lessened profitability and put popular programs at risk.
Our innovative approach to establishing and managing customer relationships was a fundamental part of each of the programs that our founder helped architect, including: American Airlines AAdvantage®, Hertz #1 Club Gold®, Hilton HHonors®, Neiman Marcus InCircle®, Godiva Chocolate Rewards, MySony®, and UPS Preferred Customer.
Launched in 2002, The Brierley Group was established to allow Hal Brierley to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities while continuing to serve as the Chief Loyalty Architect of Brierley+Partners, a leader in the design and management of customer loyalty programs that he founded 1985. His leadership role at Brierley+Partners ended after it was acquired by Nomura Research Institute in 2015.
