Founded in 2002 by Hal Brierley, The Brierley Group, LLC was established to allow the founder to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities while still serving as Chief Loyalty Architect for Brierley+Partners, the firm he founded in 1985. Brierley+Partners, acquired by Nomura Research Institute in 2015, has an unparalleled history of creating many of the world’s most popular customer loyalty programs.
